By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of this website and purchase of products are permitted to individuals aged 18 and over only.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Availability

All products offered on the website are subject to availability.
VIRTUS reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Certain products may be offered as custom-made, personalized, or pre-order items. Such products may be subject to specific delivery timelines and return restrictions, as stated on the relevant product page.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.
Prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

VIRTUS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or other reasonable circumstances.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within up to 7 business days from payment confirmation.
We make every effort to deliver orders sooner whenever possible.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, or official days of rest.

Deliveries are handled by an external courier company and are subject to the courier’s policies, service areas, and delivery conditions.

Shipping fees, free shipping thresholds, delivery methods, and self-pickup options are detailed in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Self-Pickup

Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement from Pinkas Street, Tel Aviv.
Exact pickup details will be shared after order confirmation and coordination via email.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a cancellation, return, or refund request, the customer must contact VIRTUS in writing.

Requests should be sent by email to: info@virtuslux.com

The request must include the following details:

• Full name of the purchaser

• Order number

• Date of purchase

• The product(s) for which the request is made

• In cases of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — clear photographs of the product and its original packaging must be attached

After receiving the request, VIRTUS will review the details and respond via email with confirmation of eligibility and clear instructions for the next steps, including:

• Return method (return via VIRTUS courier service or self-return by a private courier)

• Return address

• Any additional information required to complete the process

Important notes:

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

• Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with all labels and accompanying items intact.

• Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

• Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable, as permitted by law.

• Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method only, within the timeframes required by law and subject to the conditions detailed in the Refund Policy.

7. Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, unless otherwise required by law.

The refund amount will include the purchase price, minus non-refundable shipping fees and cancellation fees permitted by law — up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (the lower of the two).

Approved refunds are processed within the timeframes specified in the Refund Policy, and no later than the period required by applicable law, subject to the product being returned in accordance with the stated conditions.

Refunds will follow the same terms as the original transaction (e.g., installment purchases will be refunded in installments).

Where applicable, customers may choose store credit as an alternative to a refund, subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or receipt of an incorrect item, the customer must notify VIRTUS within the timeframe specified in the Refund Policy.
Once verified, VIRTUS will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Product Responsibility & Use

Product responsibility applies to manufacturing defects only.

Candles must be used strictly in accordance with the safety instructions provided.
VIRTUS shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines, including leaving a lit candle unattended.

10. Privacy

VIRTUS respects user privacy and operates in accordance with applicable laws.
Personal information is collected and used solely for order processing, customer service, and website operation, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and branding, is the property of VIRTUS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIRTUS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products purchased through it.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

14. Updates to Terms

VIRTUS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall be the binding version.
