Shipping Policy

​Shipping

• Shipping cost to all parts of Israel: 30 NIS.

• Self-pickup: Available by prior arrangement from Pinkas Street, Tel Aviv.
  Exact pickup details will be shared after order confirmation.

• Orders above 500 NIS qualify for free shipping.

• Delivery times: Orders are shipped within up to 7 business days from payment confirmation.
  We will do our best to deliver sooner whenever possible.

• Deliveries are handled by an external courier company and are subject to the courier’s policies.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Regulations, 2010.

• Return period: You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it.

• Methods of return:

  1. Using VIRTUS’s courier service (at the customer’s expense) or a private courier arranged by the customer.

  2. In-person return by prior arrangement via email: shachargilbar@gmail.com.

• Return conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels attached.

• Exceptions:

  • Products that have been used cannot be returned.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

• Defective products: In the event of a manufacturing defect, return or exchange will be at the expense of VIRTUS, and a suitable replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

 

Refunds & Store Credit

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

• Refund amount: the full purchase price, minus shipping fees and cancellation fees as stipulated by law – 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (the lower of the two).

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, provided the product has been returned in accordance with the above conditions.

• Refunds will follow the same terms as the original transaction (e.g., installment purchases will be refunded in installments).

• Customers may alternatively choose store credit valid for up to 5 years, instead of a refund.
